Menopause Presentation by Dr Ray Ford and Kimberly Ashton
In a transformative presentation titled “Menopause – Know the Patterns,” Australian TCM specialists Dr. Ray Ford and Kimberly Ashton deliver an empowering presentation on addressing menopause challenges through Traditional Chinese Medicine. Drawing from their extensive clinical experience in Australia, Ray Ford, a renowned acupuncturist, and Kimberly Ashton, a leading 5 element nutritional practitioner, reframe menopause as a harmonious “second spring”—a phase of renewal. They will share about the patterns of imbalances, tackling prevalent symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats, insomnia, mood fluctuations, fatigue, and joint aches, and others with compassion.
The duo showcases TCM’s time-tested toolkit: acupuncture protocols to dispel heat, tonify Yin, and regulate Qi for rapid symptom relief; bespoke herbal formulas to nourish essence and support hormonal equilibrium. They highlight safety and personalization, a timely consideration given emerging research on metabolic and dietary influences. Lifestyle wisdom rounds out their approach, including Yin-nourishing diets, vitality, and stress reduction to prevent essence depletion.
Hosted by these esteemed Australian practitioners, the event inspires women to embrace menopause proactively. Attendees gain practical tools, evidence-informed insights blending TCM with modern awareness. Join Dr Ray Ford and Kimberly Ashton for a professional, uplifting journey toward balanced wellness—register now and step confidently into your second spring!
